The meeting was held in the Great Hall and began at 7 pm.

Vestry Present: Tom Stevens, Larry Norfleet, Kathy Means, Seth Cosans, Bill Hickman, John Garton, Jessie Ventura, Lea Hutchins, Becky Roberts, Sue Breakie, Matt George and Sandy Lind.

Absent: Mother Jo Ann.

Treasurer’s Report

• Larry discussed the May financial figures.
• the finance committee received bids from 4 auditing firms. Their recommendation to the Vestry is to choose Cover & Rossiter.
• Larry Norfleet moved: seconded by Kathy Means to accept the recommendation of Cover & Rossiter. Motion passed unanimously.
• discussed the concern with some donors to the capital campaign that their donations are not being used to pay down our current debt. It was proposed to generate a letter from the Vestry to explain options. We’ll vote on this next meeting.
• we need to set-up a meeting with OSA’s committee and the Vestry to discuss the OSA’s funds and their use.

Gary Taylor will be working with St. Anne’s for 4 hours per week, beginning in September. This has been approved by the Vestry for 9 months.
